Stallone’s Pro Wash LLC – Terms & Agreement

Thank you for considering our services! By signing an estimate or invoice contract with us, you are entering into a friendly agreement for the work to be performed. Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality service while ensuring clear expectations for both parties.

1. Agreement & Estimates

A binding agreement is formed when the Client signs an estimate/work order and pays the required deposit.

Estimates are approximate; final pricing may adjust for scope changes or unforeseen conditions.

Work performed is limited to what is outlined in the estimate unless additional services are approved by the Client.

2. Deposits, Payments & Invoices

A 50% deposit is due at booking; the remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of work.

Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made within 72 hours of the scheduled service.

Reschedules within 72 hours incur a $50 fee (maintenance plan customers receive one free courtesy reschedule per year).

Payment methods: Cash, Check (payable to Stallone’s Pro Wash LLC), Zelle (904-404-1309 / Steve@StallonesProWash.com
), Credit/Debit (no fees).

Invoices not paid within 5 days are subject to a $25 late fee + 18% annual interest (1.5% monthly).

Unpaid balances may be secured by a mechanic’s lien; Client is responsible for collection/legal costs.

3. Client Responsibilities

Please provide safe access and remove/secure personal property, vehicles, and pets.

If Stallone’s Pro Wash must move furniture, a $75 moving fee applies.

Appointment times are arrival windows; we will notify you when we are en route.

Client authorizes Stallone’s Pro Wash access to the property to perform agreed services.

4. Warranties & Liability

Only warranties expressly stated in writing on the estimate apply.

Stallone’s Pro Wash is not responsible for:

Leaks, water intrusion, fogged windows, ripped screens, or structural defects.

Damage to aged/defective paint, siding, masonry, caulk, or finishes.

Color changes/pigment loss caused by sodium hypochlorite (unless disclosed in advance).

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for services.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with any portion of the work, notify us within 48 hours of completion. We will return within 72 hours for touch-ups. If unresolved, the unsatisfactory portion will be deducted from your invoice.

5. Insurance & Safety

Stallone’s Pro Wash maintains liability insurance (certificates available upon request).

Client must follow technician instructions during service to ensure safety.

6. Marketing & Communications

Client grants Stallone’s Pro Wash permission to photograph/video completed work for marketing and portfolio purposes.

By inquiring or doing business with us, you consent to receive service reminders and promotional messages via email, SMS, or phone (standard rates may apply).

7. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is governed by Florida law.

Venue for disputes under $8,000 is Duval County Small Claims Court; larger disputes may go to arbitration.
